Dian Ginsberg, M.D.
A native New Yorker, Dr. Dian Ginsberg earned her degree in medicine from New York Medical College. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Bowman-Gray School of Medicine in North Carolina before Houston’s sunny climate brought her to Texas. Dr. Ginsberg has years of experience providing comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology treatment which is the foundation of her special interest in menopausal management. Being an accomplished marathon runner has led her to explore the latest medical advances is wellness for athletes and anti-aging therapies for both men and women. She is Board Certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Ginsberg is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Harris County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association. She is on staff at Memorial Hermann Hospital and Park Plaza Hospital in Houston.
Lauren Ta, M.D.
Dr. Lauren Ta was raised in California before moving to Louisiana, where she attended Louisiana State University – Baton Rouge and The LSU Medical Center in New Orleans. She completed her residency at the University of Texas Medical School at Galveston and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association and Vietnamese American Medical Association. Dr. Ta is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, and her interest include general obstetrics and gynecology, gynecologic surgery and age management with natural (bioidentical) hormone replacement therapy. She frequently gives presentations on stress, hormones and nutrition. Being a working mother with 2 small children has driven her a passion for helping people incorporate wellness and nutrition into their busy, multi-tasking lives. She is on staff at Memorial Hermann Hospital and Park Plaza Hospital in Houston.
Arland J. Hill, DC, MPH, DACBN, CSCS
Dr. Arland Hill majored in both biology and chemistry at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill before pursuing a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College. He also holds a master in public health degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition, Dr. Hill has also received education from various accredited organizations allowing him to carry such designations as a Diplomate for the American Clinical Board of Nutrition, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, and a board eligible Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists. Dr. Hill is a proud and active member of the following professional organizations: American Clinical Board of Nutrition, National Strength and Conditioning Association, American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, American Chiropractic Association, and the Texas Chiropractic Association.
Sheila Vuckovic, M. ED, NSCA-CPT
Sheila received her Masters degree in Health from the University of Houston with an emphasis in nutrition. Aging and hormone replacement therapy were her main areas of interest and research. Utilizing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Texas A&M and her experience at BP Wellness Center, Sheila uses nutritional therapy with each of her patients. Also a certified personal trainer, she can help the triathlete cross the finish line, the menopausal woman make the most of her bioidentical hormones or educate any patient on the path of exercising and eating well. Her mission is to help people of all ages and stages achieve optimal health.
